New Enquiries
We reply to all new enquiries within one business day from the date of receipt of such enquiries. We recommend clients to enquire for our services through our website.
Telephonic Support
Clients can leave a message for their service consultants at the reception. However, please note that we do not provide telephonic support to our clients. We revert to telephonic enquiries by email.
Quotations
We may require up to two to three working days for preparing quotations for our services.
Replies to Emails
We aim to reply to all emails during the same business day. However, we guarantee reply to all emails within two business days.
Office Timings
We are in GMT + 8 time zone and our working timings are 10 AM to 5 PM
Holidays
We do not work on Sundays and Bank Holidays in Malaysia. Also, we work for Half days on all Saturdays.
